Palm Resort Golf & Country Club is home to three 18-hole championship golf courses, designed by the renowned Japanese golf architect, Hiromasa Inagawa. Located 30 minutes-drive from Johor Bahru city center, the resort covers 800 acres of rolling hills and scenic lakes. It’s three award winning courses – the Allamanda, Cempaka and Melati – are named after Malaysian flora. Each course is beautifully landscaped with native, tropical planting.
The fairways are often flanked by water and large bunkers come frequently into play. The Allamanda is a resort course with breathtaking scenery, water features, daunting sand bunkers, and well-maintained Tifdwarf Bermuda greens. The Cempaka Course is a challenging championship course where accuracy is paramount for good scoring. It is the course most often used for local tournaments. The more open Melati Course is a links course and the longest of the three courses at 7,209 yards from the back tees.
Golf facilities include a full driving range, golf academy and short game facility. The attractive Malaysian-style clubhouse has wooden rafters, ventilated high ceilings and a multi-tiered roof. Also incorporated into the clubhouse are a golf shop, a fitness center and spacious locker rooms. A round at Palm Resort Golf & Country Club offers you an authentic Malaysian golfing experience.
